CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest is held by Polysleep and Flourish Pancakes. and opens on February 12th 2021 at 9:30 AM EST (the “Contest Opening Date”) and closes on February 25th , 2021 at 11:59 PM EST (the period between the Contest Opening Date and the Contest Closing Date is the “Contest Period”).

To be eligible for this contest (“Contest”), an individual must: be a legal resident of a province or territory of Canada; and be at least the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Those ineligible to enter the contest are: employees, representatives and agents of Polysleep and Flourish Pancakes including its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations; employees, representatives and agents of the suppliers of Prizes awarded in this Contest; people involved in the development, production and distribution of materials related to the contest; and the immediate families of all of the aforementioned persons, or persons with whom such persons are domiciled.

No purchase necessary.

Participants can only enter the contest one (1) time.

2) Fill in the form.

One (1) lot of prizes with a combined value of $164.94 :  

• 1 Regular Polysleep pillow - $99

• 6 Months of Flourish Pancake Mix - $65.94

One (1) winner will be randomly selected among all eligible participations on February 26th, 2021 at 9:30 AM EST.

The Selected Participant will be contacted by email to the email address provided during their entry. If the Selected Participant cannot be contacted (or fails to respond to messages) within five (5) business days from the time of initial contact, it will be disqualified from the Contest and forfeit the Prize. The organizers may then, in its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible Participant. That new Selected Participant is subject to disqualification if it does not comply with this paragraph.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. 

By entering the Contest, a Participant releases the organizers. and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to the Participant or any other person, including personal injury or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize, participation in this Contest, any breach of these Contest rules, or in any Prize-related activity.

The organizers. Reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant it finds to be: violating these Contest rules; tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest Web Site.

Use of any automated system to submit Entry Forms is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Entry Form shall be submitted by the Participant in his/her own name and a proxy cannot be given to this effect, failing which the Participant will be disqualified. Entry Forms are not eligible and will be rejected if any entry information is missing.

The organizers. do not accept any responsibility for participation forms, advice, answers, Declaration Forms lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected, or for any technical fault due to a particular computer, software, telephone or online connection. The Organizer will not, in any way, guarantee that the contest web page will be accessible or functional without interruption during the Contest or will be free of any error. 

The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this contest in whole or in part, or to terminate it, should human intervention or an event take place that could modify or adversely affect the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the contest as provided in these contest rules, subject to approval by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if applicable. In no event may the Contest Organizer be required to award more prizes than the number stated in these contest rules or award a prize

 other than in accordance with these contest rules.

By entering this Contest, the Participant agrees to allow the organizers. to send information on products, services and promotions to the given email address, and understands that the possibility of unsubscribing at any time is available. The Participant also agrees to allow the use of the Participant's other personal information by the organizers. for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize and acknowledges that the Participant's personal information will not be provided to any third parties, other than as provided for in these rules.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
